In addition to these bands Tim plays jazz under the name Tim Marsh Jazz. These shows feature bebop and swing favorites as well as Tim's original compositions.
Other side projects include Character Farm and the Jon Scales Quartet. Both of these projects feature Jon Scales on steel pans. Character Farm also features Joel Spencer on flute and a progressive jazz, mostly original repertoire.
Jon Scales Quartet is a rotating cast that explores the original compositions of pannist, Jon Scales.

In the recent migration from Boone to Asheville we find a group of musicians determined to break into the music scene of the big city. Nik Hope, Ben Bjorlie, Jonathan Scales, Brian Swenk and Tim Marsh have all made the jump in recent months. Both Wiseapple and Get Lost will be emphasizing the Asheville market as their new homebase and invite new friends and old to pass on the good word and come see us in Asheville. See You Soon!!! |
